Good afternoon,
I ordered from the KFC located at 108-30 Flatlands Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236 which has a taco located there as well. On Sunday March 3rd I made an order through Ubereats which was completed at 10:47pm.
I ordered a pot pie which I did not receive, instead I received a famous bowl. I also ordered a fill up box which I received with no issues. Lastly I ordered a 16 pc chicken meal. I ordered extra crispy and received original.
On top of that I received 3 biscuits and two other forms of bread that was not biscuits. I also have picture for proof.
I paid a total of 120.89 with tax tip and delivery included. This isnt the first issue Ive had with KFC but it is my final straw.

I went to KFC because I was in a hurry... I wanted to buy something for to eat.
I went to 3962 Bailey Ave.
I ordered a family meal. I waited a little bit on the parking lot.
When was my time to pick up the order the lady was nasty with me, telling me that I am not supposed to order from the KFC website but the first option that the website gave me was KFC.
I called the restaurant because I was on the drivethru and she hang up the first time on my face telling me that I wasn't supposed to order from the KFC website. I told her that the app gave KFC option and because I paid for my food and I was there I wanted my food.
She gave me my food.
I don't understand at all, we want to keep the peace in a world that has too much pain.

The last four times I have ordered I am always missing items from my order. I place my orders online to make it a little easier for the employees to get it done.
Tonight I had a 50-60$ order I ordered 4 extra biscuits sauces for my chicken strips plates mashed potatoes with gravy. Now I never got the 4 extra biscuits the gravy for the potatoes the sauces we never receive ever unless we go back inside and demand them. I understand working in a restaurant I did it for 15 years 10 at Pizza Hut and 5 at sonic. I know people get into a rush and forget thing but the is not the 1st time.
It is at least the 4th time this has happened I normally let things like this slide but this time was enough my husband had to drive back out 15 mins away to go pick back up the things they forgot.
And we were stuck with cold food because my children wanted what I ordered them. My order number is 8568****
- We used to love kfc when they cared
- Take extra time to make sure correct
- Took 3 people to tell us to come get our food we ordered
- Need to start paying attention

I went to KFC on Elm Road and Warren Ohio. I paid $20 for 23 piece, chicken strip meals and a slider they needed to make my things fresh because they only had three chicken strips so I asked for everything to be done fresh.
I waited 25 minutes outside by a trashcan, and when I went in there were people kissing behind the counter and they had no idea what I was talking about so when I did receive my food, it is cold mushy my slider is missing and theres no dipping sauce, and lets not forget I waited 25 minutes for food.
I am so mad the manager was very unprofessional there was no line. There was no reason for me to wait 25 minutes and theres no reason why my food should not have been hot and I did not receive a receipt , I am pissed And my son food is not even in the bag the sliders missing so I paid $20 I donated KFC $20 cause aint nobody eaten this

The worst sandwich ever. It would my guest that restaurant #E320089 is an under performing location due to the poor quality of food. They definitely don’t follow KFC procedures. Terrible!

They obviously ran out of biscuits and subbed two rolls. If you took the chicken back they would have refund/remade.
If I had the ability to “return” something I wouldn’t have ordered it and paid for the delivery fee. And when you work in the food business you know that it’s not smart to just assume the customer wants whether u throw in there if they ran out.
They could have called. It’s a great thing your opinion means nothing.
