I just opened up my taste of kfc 14 price bucket and it was immediately apparent the chicken had seen much better days. Burnt legs with the meat shrunken off the bone and chewy coating. Seems like it had been made hours ago and left sitting under a heat lamp drying out.
We ended up throwing the entire bucket into the garbage can.

Hello, I went to the KFC at the *** location last night (4-20-26) for the first time in a good long while. So my family and I were looking forward to our meal.
I don’t know where to start really because there were so many things that went wrong. I'll start with the fact that the lady whom I'm pretty sure is the store GM or assistant manager, maybe, but she was so rude! and made me feel as though I was messing her whole life up by being there just to pick up my mobile order!! And then wanted to be accusatory towards me every time when I had to tell her the items that were missing from my order as I noticed them!!
First I noticed my two large drinks were missing, so I told them and she says all loud with that order!?! I said, uh yes it's right HERE ON THE RECEIPT ON THE BAG!! Then she asks me what drinks, and I tell her sweet tea and Diet Pepsi, then she barks at me we don't have any more sweet tea! So then I had to go park to wait on my second order, which was an 8 piece chicken strips that she barked at me would take 15 minutes!
So as I'm sitting, I notice my small mashed potatoes and gravy is missing. Oh great, I have to go tell this woman who's already being nasty towards me that they also didn't give me my side. When I go inside to tell her my other missing item, she tells me it should have been in the bag!! Then barks again well we're all out of mashed potatoes now!
I'm like wth is this really happening right now! What is up with this lady and how does she keep her job here when she's treating customers this way?!?! That was not everything. To make it way worse on top of all of that, I drive the 25 min to my home to bring my 4 kids their food, and then I realize one of my 2 chicken sandwiches is also MISSING!!!
Omg I wanted to scream, I'm so upset! After everything else, as if just missing my huge chicken sandwich alone wouldn't suck enough, but on top of all else that transpired, what are these people doing?! They literally left out half of my items and then want to make me feel as if I'm being dishonest when I tell them, which is so screwed up!! So my 15 year old son did not have his chicken sandwich to eat for dinner last night and was so upset about it!!
And SO AM I!!! I at the very least want my entire order remade properly without MISSING ITEMS that I PAID FOR!!!

I'm 62 years old. I remember when the KFC was located across the street from its current location. Riding with my dad to get a Bucket of Chicken and sides to give mom a break from cooking. June 11, 1979, my dad ran into the side of a station wagon making a left into the driveway of KFC trying to beat traffic on ***, on his motorcycle, on his last day of whis 55th Birthday.
About 3 months later I went in to get a Bucket and our regular servers asked me if my dad was Recovery okay from the accident, she had gone out when it happened and recognized him. Sadly. I informed her he died July 11th.
When the store moved to its current location it made it a little easier and the service was always friendly. I've noticed in the past decade especially, how customer service in general has declined in society.
While I appreciate your generic response, it saddens me that we've come to expect les and less when being served.
It makes since to me how we're being pushed to eliminate the human worker asap to save costs and grow profits, at the expense of developing bonds of loyalty. The algorithms dictate that the purchase will be made regardless; we're being conditioned into that disassociation.
Again thank you for your generic response, and please excuse the rantings of a soon to be, old man.
Some customer service refresher may be in order.

I spoke with two different individuals from corporate and got nowhere. They both said that a supervisor would be contacting me via phone or email. This has been going on for three weeks.

I want to start off saying good morning, I was not going to submit this incident but I prayed about it and felt that the company needs to know what your employees are doing with cash money that customers pay with that they work so hard for. I came to the drive thur and order 2 crispy chicken legs for my son.
I thought she would have told me my total but instead she tells me to pull around to the window for my total. Okay i said, I pulls up to the window and the young light skinned girl, asked me what did i ordered I told her 2 crispy legs, she said your total was $6.59 I said okay and gave her a solid $20 bill. I looking and waiting for my change back instead she tells me to drive in the front and park and she will bring me my change out there. Now, I immediately thought well I thought you get your change at the window then you pulls up and wait, she didnt tell why she needed to pull up to the front, just pull up.
We waited about 10-13 mins, my son was getting fustrated because I was bringing him back to work, finanally the young fair skinned girl came out and says what was your ordered again, I told her the 3rd time again, now I was getting mad, and I told my son if there is another problem I was getting back my money and was never coming back. We waited about 5 to 8 more minutes and she finally came out with the food, receipt, and the IN CORRECT CHANGE. she gave me back $ 6 dollars and some change. I immediately said no maam, come here this is not the correct change to give me back, it suppose to be $13.41.
So i said you know what just give me back my money I wanted a refund and you can have this food. She went back inside and I got out my car and came inside and had some words with another female who had an attitude from hell, she was the problem that was rude and very unprofessional, I asked her to give me a refund back, you had got your food untouched.
she said why I wanted a refund, really how funny you would asked this question, the KFC was unprofessional, the employees can count, they skimming folks out there money, they can not remember your order, wait time is horrible. I dont know how many other people they did like this especially with cash money, hoping that I would not catch my right change back that was supposed to be given at the window, You will never have to worry about me going there again and I will spread the word about the KFC in Ferriday La.

- Two identical combos were ordered; one was complete, the other had only sides, both priced the same, with no resolution from management.
I ordered two combos in their app. They were exactly the same.
I checked when I finished, and everything looked fine. When I got to the restaurant, things had changed. One order was perfect. The other order only had the sides.
The price was exactly the same. I explained to the manager. She said that's not her problem. She said I had to call corporate.
She said if she did anything, she'd be giving away free food all the time. Corporate was no better. They said the app shows just sides; we can't do anything.
I will never, ever buy from them again. Lost customer for life.

Don't expect an apology or any type of recourse from KFC.
He was very hard to understand. We placed our order at the kiosk. It took a very long time to get our food. It appeared that both of the food prep areas were fixing food only for the drive-thru, not for customers inside waiting for their food.
We finally got our food. We checked our food to make sure that it was correct. It was not correct. We received 2 large mac and cheese, not 2 large coleslaw.
I had asked for the four extra crispy chicken breasts to be put in a separate container so that all of the chicken would not be mashed, and they were not put in a separate container. The black male employee had mashed 16 pieces into one bucket. The chicken was so mashed that the chicken breasts were in pieces. Also, the four chicken breasts were supposed to be extra crispy, not original.
The black guy took back the 4 original chicken breasts and handed me a small bucket with 3 extra crispy chicken breasts. When I told him that he had only given me 3 instead of 4, it was like he all of a sudden got really mad at me and threw the 4th extra crispy breast in the bucket that I was holding and turned back around and did not even apologize. To be treated this way was horrendous and very upsetting. I don't understand how my order could have been so wrong.
It seems that the employees don't pay attention to what they are doing or even care if an order is correct or not.
This whole horrible, upsetting incident should not have ever happened. I went on the KFC website and filed a complaint and haven't received any response from them.

The Madera, CA KFC is trash. It is run by a manager that has bear tattoos all over his head and gives dirty looks as you sit and wait for your food.
After waiting for 20 minutes for extra crispy, you receive chicken where half of it has no flour on it, and it's not in the bucket, so I don't know where it went. The bottom of the bucket has liquid in it; not sure what that is from. I spent $80.00 for trash. If I didn't live so far away and have company waiting to eat, I would have taken it back.
I will be posting pictures online and anywhere else I can post so people can see what they are getting. If at all possible, I would like to send you pictures of what I received.

I am writing to share a concerning experience I had at your location (Restaurant #G135244, ***, phone ***) today at approximately 1:18 PM.
I am a frequent customer, as I work across the street, and this interaction was very different from what I have consistently experienced at this location.
When placing my order, there was a sign indicating potatoes were part of the meal. I typically eat them with ranch, but there was no mention of sauces during ordering.
At the window, I politely asked the employee (***) if I could have a side of ranch. Her response included wording I did not understand, and when I respectfully asked for clarification, the interaction quickly became confrontational.
She stated that only certain menu items come with sauces and that she would gladly sell one for 21 cents. The tone felt dismissive and escalated unnecessarily. I attempted to calmly explain that I was simply asking for clarification and making a normal request as a regular customer.
After completing my purchase, I called the store to speak with a manager.
The same employee answered and told me she was running a business, that this was not her problem, and that I should not be calling. I was also told, in an unprofessional manner, that if I could not afford a 21-cent ranch, that was not her concern.
I want to be very clearthis experience made me feel disrespected and dismissed. More importantly, I felt that I was treated unfairly due to a communication barrier when I did not understand the language used. When I asked for clarification, instead of being assisted, I was met with hostility.
That is not acceptable customer service, and it felt discriminatory in nature based on a language barrier.
I would also like to add that the woman who is usually working the window is consistently kind, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. That level of service is why I continue to visit this location, and it is what I would expect moving forward.
I am not writing this to cause harm, but to bring awareness.
I am a regular customer and someone who interacts with many people in the community daily. Experiences like this matter.
I would appreciate your review of this situation and any steps you feel are appropriate to ensure all customers are treated with respect, professionalism, and clear communication.

A Refund should be issued through the mail with proof of a receipt of that day,for the horrible tasting chicken that was reheated in the oven for sale purposes.
I went to the KFC in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] to try out the $10 Tuesday Special. To my disappointment, the legs/thighs were not fried, but reheated in their oven to sell the special.
I expected hot, fried, and crispy like all fried chicken should be. I don't know if this is a normal routine on specials or not, but I didn't like the taste of the chicken nor the textures.
If I was in town, I definitely would have returned the order. I have never tasted fried chicken so bad.
