Okay, I went to the drive-thru at 10:30 tonight to get some chicken, a bucket of chicken actually, a family meal, but they only had enough chicken to do half and half. I was okay with that.
Then, when I was finishing the order, they didn't have coleslaw, they didn't have mac and cheese, and the only three things I could get were the only things they had. So, I went up to the drive-thru window and waited for my order and waited for my order. She came and said, 'I'm sorry, we're waiting on your fries,' but the fries were old; they kind of tasted like they tried to heat them up in the grease again. Maybe, but it took me 15 minutes.
You could have dropped a whole new order of fries down by that time. The biscuits were so hard, like they'd been sitting there. The whole line was shut down already; they had already cleaned everything up. The bucket of chicken looked like they had it packaged up somewhere else and threw it all in the bucket to make my order up, but it was only 10:30 at this time.
So, if you're open till 12:00, why aren't you open, and why don't you have products to sell? People live on your menu. It was the store on Bellefonte Avenue in Mill Hall, or Lock Haven, I should say, and the store number was 125** **. So, I'm going to call this number for contact to complain, and I feel like I should get my money back or another meal because it was horrible.
Nothing was fresh or hot; it was all old, like they'd been sitting, and they were just anticipating closing. They still had an hour and a half before closing, so they should have had hot food still on the line, but they literally had it broke down and cleaned up like they were already closed. The corn tasted like rubber from sitting so long, and that was just not right. But again, for two of us to eat there, which I don't mind—we like their food normally—tonight it sucked.
I would have been embarrassed trying to serve someone the quality of food that they gave me. I spent 40 dollars on a meal, but they were out of coleslaw, mac and cheese, and the fries were just old and horrible, which I had to wait on for almost 20 minutes. And they were not even fresh or hot. So, what was I waiting for?
I'm definitely going to be talking to corporate. It's already a competitive world in the fast food chain as it is. So, I'm pretty sure KFC does not need people employed by them that don't care about what people think of the food and how they represent KFC. To some, it's just a paycheck and does not go any deeper than that.
I believe that corporate cares about negative interactions with paying customers. I was in the food business, and I would always offer the unsatisfied consumer a meal and an apology, hoping they would keep coming back with their business and how much they were appreciated.
Not everybody is me, that there are ways to represent where you work. If you don't like it, you shouldn't be there.

On Monday, April 7th, I came through the drive-thru at KFC, 24866 Redlands Blvd., Loma Linda, CA 92354. The cashier by the name of Crystal said my debit card had declined after she had ran it and gave it back to me.
Then I gave her another debit card, and it was charged, and Crystal gave me my receipt. Later, I checked to see why the first card I had originally used to pay for my order at KFC had declined, but going through recent transactions, I noticed that the card had been charged. So I went back to the KFC location and asked to speak to a manager. I gave them my receipt and explained everything.
The manager said that she had checked the transactions made on the day I had been there, and nothing was showing that a purchase was made with that debit card that, according to Crystal, was declined. Then the manager said that she would have the general manager by the name of 'Alisha' call me to further help because there was nothing else that she could do. And she said that KFC does not have an 800 number for complaints. The general manager, 'Alisha,' said that I need to contact corporate because my card shows as declined.
My two bank statements on two different debit cards show that I was charged for the exact same amount on each. How can I get my money refunded to me? I feel that since the original card that I first tried using to purchase my order was charged, then I should have gotten a refund on the second card that I was charged on as well. I feel like it should have been very simple to get my money refunded back to me since I had a receipt and proof, but instead, I got judged and argued with by your employees Crystal and her manager that was in charge that day.
They and the general manager could not have done anything at all to help their customer. Also, I did complain about the food because I rarely shop at KFC; most of the time, the chicken skin is soggy and full of oil, and I don't think it's worth what you have to pay for, so I only shop at KFC using coupons. But this time, I decided to give a new location a try using coupons, and I am overall an unsatisfied customer due to the customer negligence and rudeness, and also because what I got was not worth the amount I had to pay for, and on this occasion, I was charged twice for what I got. Those reasons seem good enough that I should have gotten a refund.
I have proof of my two accounts being charged; how can I provide those to corporate? I already gave the employees proof, but it seems like they disregarded it.
And I do have the right to be pissed. Thank you.

Nasty food
And now cannot locate the place to send an email!!!
I went to the store in Occoquan va today. So unhappy.
First I am eating fries(in my car going home). They are well over cooked and cold! The chicken was cold and a little soggy. I lived the original type!
The Cole slaw was more liquid than slaw. I have attached a picture of the cherry pies I bought. These were cold and so nasty I did not even eat them. This used to be my favorite restaurant to eat at, but if it does not improve next time I go, I will never go again.
It is gotten horrible. I usually eat at the one in Dale city that has gone way downhill also.
Honestly, would you eat these treats! three were smashed together one was off to the side and just nasty.

First of all I have never in my life ordered ANYTHING ON YOUR WEBSITE. I ORDERED ON Tuesday so I could get 2 -8 pce special buckets of chicken for my 6th grade students, only after i clicked on the button for the special.
I also ordered myself a 2 pice mean. I did npt see any discount so I figured that when I paid on final page that the discount would come off my total. However it did NOT. So, the order was $53.00 which was ABSURD.
A coworker went to pick up for me & asked why I didn't get the discount online and the employee said that some states only had that special. THEN WHY WAS THE SPECIAL YOUR WEBSITE. My coworker then asked if her ordered the same thing that could he get the Tuesday chicken bucket deal for only $10.00 each and they sold it to him. He called and told me that the employee told him to tell me to CANCEL THE ORDER FOR A REFUND.
SO, I CALLED THE KFC CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE LADY TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL IT & THAT I DID NOT GET THE $10 PER BUCKET PROMOTION BECAUSE I ORDERED A 2 PICE MEAN WITH IT, WHICH THE SITE NEVER SAID THAT THE PROMOTION WAS NOT VALID WITH ANY OTHER PURCHASED...WHICH IS DUMB. YOUR STORE PERSON AND THE CUSTOMER PERSON ARE SAYING 2 DIFFERENT THINGS. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IF I ORDERED MORE THEN I WOULDN'T GET THE TUESDAY DISCOUNT. THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY SAID THAT ONCE THEY DETERMNIED IF I PICKED UP THE ORDER, THEN SHE WOULD CREDIT BACK MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
AS OF 6/4/25 I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY CREDIT BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD.

Didn't receive a family meal; it was all small, everything for one person. That's not how you serve your customers.
When we plan to feed our family, can you imagine the look on my kids' faces when they see just one serving for one person? I live in Brentwood, California 94513. The KFC was in Brentwood 94513.
They didn't take it back even after they checked the menu. They were wrong.

comes ask why he said there is Original there ask the guy why hr said that and he said he didn't tell me that I kept my cool and ssid yes you did and customers behind me said he did we eat there a lot but they just lost a customer tried to call kfc restaurant but phone kept say not excepting calls poor service bad customer relations finally received r food at 8:25pm the only reason we stayed is because he said it was ready now

I went to KFC about 2 weeks ago and asked if they were doing their 5 dollar bowls and was told no, that they will start it as of June 10th. I came back today to get it, and I even googled if KFC was doing its 5 dollar bowls, and it says yes, they are.
Along with the original chicken bowl, they were also offering the deal for 4 other style bowls. Needless to say, I didn't get the deal; I paid full price.
There was barely any chicken in it, and the chicken that was in the bowl was hard as a rock. I'm extremely pissed at KFC, and I will not be eating at any KFC until this is made right!

Went to the KFC and was told they had no extra crispy chicken, again. Would have to wait 20 minutes.
Okay so I park and wait for 30-40 minutes. I went inside and asked about the order. Counter person checked and told me it still wasn’t ready. Asked to speak to a manager.
I could see her behind the service line. She refused to speak with me. As I was waiting I observed a worker getting an order of mashed potatoes ready. She used a scoop to put them into container.
I guess it wasn’t full enough so she DIPS HER HAND INTO THE POTATOES and puts more in the bowl. Apparently excess was on the outside of the bowl and she wiped the rim with a dirty cloth and dropped it on the counter for future use! I know that is against the health code in this state! Another employee got a bucket of chicken out of the warmer for someone and went to give it to them and then came back after a minute and put the order BACK into the warmer to sell it to someone else.The manager finally came out and was not helpful at all.
I admit I was very angry and as I spoke to her the woman from the drive thru advanced toward me yelling and said, you don’t talked to my sister like that”.I am in my mid 70’s and I was very frightened by her actions. Is this the policy of KFC? Do they think a 30-40 minute wait is okay? Do they feel using their hands to fill a bowl is okay?
Is it okay for the employees to frighten an old lady? Whatever happened to customer service and being polite?If you are okay with rude employees and health code violations and long waits by all means please visit the KFC on Bloomfield Rd in Macon.
This is not uncommon for this store. I waited over 40 minutes for order saying no extra crispy chicken was ready. I needed to pull to spot and wait. Waited and waited and no chicken came so I went inside and still no chicken.
I observed an employee putting mashed potatoes in a cup using a spoon.
That was fine but she needed to add more to the cup and SHE USED HER HANDS! If that wasnt enough she wiped the excess off the container with a cloth rag and put it down on the counter to be use AGAIN.
I ordered a 12 piece meal and when I finally got my order it contained 1 breast, 2 thighs and then 5 wings and 4 legs.
After going inside I asked to see a manager but she ignored me.
The second time she finally came to see me and as I was speaking to her the employee working the drive through, Jermesia, came forward and began yelling at me to not speak to her sister that way. I am in my mid 70s and I felt very uncomfortable with her actions.
User's recommendation: If you are low on any product you plan ahead for your next customer so they don’t have to wait. Train your management staff to assist the customers not to ignore them.

There should be legal consequences for the behavior of that said manager towards me and the public, or consumers inside that branch.

They were being so inappropriate
Only 16, they were talking inappropriately. Never got breaks, even on a 6-hour shift.
Staff didn't care if I showed up high or whatever, just had to function properly and did not care what happened. I had problems with several workers; they were yelling at me and talking dirty.

Absolutely horrible. First the drive thru is rude.
The food is trash. And the wings are huge and wet, veiny and slippery. I had full faith in this kfc. I had not are all day and knew if i got a potpie id be satisfied.
I get a potpie almost everyday for work in my town. I have no idea what this dark greenish weird hard mushy, wannabe chicken is. I had to pray the crust was ok. Only thing i could eat .
Straight trash. Along with the energy at the drive . Energy is trash food is trash I feel sorry for you locals. Update: I Received an email from a person that I was thinking was management, Asking me to give them more information.
They seemed concerned asked my info (other than cell ) and situation which is already put on Google. The only thing I did not give them was my phone number.And I received a phone call at nine am the next day. I never told them my phone number.In the email which means they went and tried to search for me and actruly succeeded.There is no way they could have found my phone number if they just Google me because if you search it. Which means this person did extra work to find me and call and then called mutiple times , after i recieved no followup emaiI.
NARCISSISTIC moves. My new cell num is not listed online at alll. I never talked to a Mr.
Palo. Which I thought was management.
