Customer service

This is that yesterday at 5.35 pm I was treated badly with a lady her name is Rica...at the branch of sheikh Ammar in petrol Station before Ajman entrance...a lady was treating my order with a rude way...she was shouting and the she cannot understand what I need or what I order..then I told her why you treating me like that and I said I will commit a complaint against she was like am supervisor here no problem to complain..then I said instead of apologizing for misunderstanding..you saying to complain...I wasn't about to complain but since she not professionally working so I decide to complain ill will not come back to her branch professionallunderstanding

Awful, inedible food.

The food was burnt and inedible. There was no gravy and the potatoes were a dried lump. The store did replace the food a week or so ago and it was fine. The problem was that it was a double order of chicken buckets to feed a family including us that was in a crisis and unexpected people to feed and no time to prepare food. As it was, we spent 54.00 at kfc and still had to scramble to find sandwich fixings.

User's recommendation: Food should have been replaced right away to feed hungry people. Have always loved KFC but next time will probably go elsewhere.

Complain at a location

Poor service and I ordered 2 8 pieces meals was suppose to be 20 dollars each and it was 22 dollars each was not told it was not 20 and the sign was still posted in the window of drive they should of told me it was not 30 any more its 22. The lady kept closing the window as I was talking to her. I spent 48.72 it was the store located 57-17 queens blvd. Ticket number 1592 on 06/15/2021 at 653 cashier was Jordan. Very unprofessional

Not utensils or plates

We wanted to eat our meal in the park because they have no inside dining. Asked for plates and utensils. Was told they have none not even napkins. Could only eat the chicken and biscuits no way to eat mashed potatoes or coleslaw. Plus no way to clean hands. Seems they really save money no dining room to clean and no utensils

Order was wrong, and not for the first time.

I visit this KFC location quite frequently, but never again. The last three times that I have ordered, they have gotten the order wrong, and act like I am doing them a favor by getting food from there. The lady at the window was totally rude, when I asked for the fourth drink that I paid for. She asked me to pull up and they would bring it out with my food order. The sweet older lady that they sent out, had to go back inside and get it for me. I will bever visit this location again. I will go to the Hardee's nxt foor from now on

Complain on fraud

Order no 2736 Redwood City Eleang cashier. Ordered 3 breast gave me 2 breast 1 wing . Police was called showed invoice and food. Gave 1 more breast . Daily order I know what to get. Looks like stealing my food some one else enjoying

Poor service

My husband stopped at KFC in Schererville, IN and ordered a 12 piece meal. The employee at the window handed him a bag, said goodbye and closed the window. He drove home only to find there was no chicken. I called the establishment ,and they blamed my husband for driving away too quickly. Not a very good practice, blaming customers when an employee lied. Won't ever go back there again.

Your husband was too worried about picking up the clerk than his chicken. Witnesses said he kept asking for her phone number and manager finally asked him to leave. He is a two timing liar.

Closing down early

The store on Caraway Blvd closed down 20 minutes early. I pulled up with someone on the phone outside the entrance, microphone on the ear. The person ignored me of course and played the message that the store is closed which was 20 minutes before 9:30p. I looked through the drive thru window and saw food in the warmer.

Not satisfied at all

I pulled up at the drive window to make a purchase. I asked if l could have a 3 piece combo legs all legs was told l could not have all legs , l said ok . I would like to have a 2pc meal &;; a kids meal with a leg . I was able to purchase that. I pulled up to the window, asked for the manager. The manager came to the window. I asked the manager, what the difference in me ordering a three piece all leg and a kid meal with a leg ? The manager said we only had three legs up . That wasnt true.

Dissatisfied with meal

I ordered three chicken bowls for my family for dinner. They are usually hot and delicious. These bowls tasted awful. I think they just threw some old chicken nuggets in the bowl with a small portion of mashed potatoes and corn with a small serving of gravy. The nuggets where salty and stale. Im completely disappointed and disgusted with the service that I had. I will not return to the KFC on South 6th street in Springfield illinois. I work with the public everyday and I give them my all and thats the same service and care that should be given any and everywhere. I am completely dissatisfied.

Bad service no food

I ordered online said it would be ready 8:18 showed up 8:25 sat in front of doors till 8:55 tried to walk in because it said online orders only and doors were locked I seen my bags sitting on the counter for atleast 15 mins before I finally pulled around and told em I didnt want it anymore worst service Ive ever experienced will not go back went back this morning to talk to manager and got told I have to contact online people wtf it was that location why cant they take care of it
