made my order notice order wrong item they change the item, but the price was different the was 6.78 but the I got was only 5.28 So I was over charged The problem wasn't that I was over charged it was that I was told they couldn't do nothing about so they didn't refund my money and was rude in her reply.Not the way to treat your customers.

I was taught the customer is always right. I didn't make any seen or demands just ate and left. It left a bitter taste for KFC and will be awhile before I go back.

I have attached my receipt to prove I was there and you can see the order was suppose to be 3 reg tacos not supreme .Thanks for listen

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: just wanted treated respectfully and given the proper refund.

I liked: Chicken.

I didn't like: How i was treated.
