KFC - Bad customer service and bad service bad food
Upon arriving up to the driver I ordered two $5 fill up everything went well got to the window to pay the young lady had a real nasty attitude the biscuits were Brown I mean the inside we're supposed to be why they would like brown so and I got the $2 fill up and they only had one pieces of chicken in it so I knew something was wrong so I went back through the drive-thru and I said can you please put bring the manager to the window upon arriving back back to the window the manager asked me what's the problem and I let her know I gave her my ticket she saw where I had ordered to $5 filled up it was only one piece of chicken in the Box she in turn she put fix one the box with another piece of chicken in it but the biscuit in the inside they were like greenish something I don't know I never seen biscuits like that before and I ask her what's wrong with the biscuits this is the manager and she said they let the biscuits thought all the way out that's why they are that color and they had and this was at 11:49 a.m. they had no unsweetened tea so I had to get something else that I didn't want and the chicken was very hard at 11:49 I didn't understand that am 11:49 a.m. so I'm just I guess I should have took a photo but I had to end up getting taking the food that was given to me and giving it to my dog I don't want to right a bad review but I have no choice because the of the attitude of the lady and then how the manager handle the whole situation and I did leave my information earlier that day after I pulled out of the driveway I'll do the drive thru and no one has returned my call and my number is 919 221 **** and this is the second time I've give my number out and I would love for someone to call me and explain to me what's going on and for them to compensate me in the way that I should have been thank you
