Me and my family of 6 got a to go order tonight. We spent over 75$ on a family pack and a individual meal.

First off we got are food when we got home we were missing are wraps then are corn was burnt and so dry the individual meal I ordered potatoes and got Mac and cheese also in that same meal we got extra crispy and the chicken was so dried out we were unable to eat it.

I dont normally complain cause we people make mistakes but tonight the meal was just uneatable. My husband has offered to drive all the way back they which is 30 minutes from are house but he just got done work and he shouldnt have to go back out.

Sure if we didn’t go threw drive threw and have 10 people already behind us. But hey I had no idea to check the food before leaving. Why didn’t I think of that

This KFC in Smyrna DE is Unbelievable, not in a good way. Thx to a call to Pissed Customer, I at least received a refund, after SEVERAL attempts to deal with the restaurant directly, which led to either someone picking up the phone and hanging up immediately or someone. just saying "Hello" I had to ask if it was KFC. Very unprofessional!!! Not one time did anyone I spoke to at the restaurant offer to replace my food or anything along those lines.someone in the upper management needs to put this KFC on Blast and straighten things out here.

Poor customer service at Fresno and C street in Fresno CA.

I asked for 5 orders of the 2 for 5 wraps, and they only rung me up for 5. When I went back to let Monique know the order was taken incorrect, she began arguing with me, instead of trying to correct the problem. She was arguing back and forth with me. Bad experience with assistant manager

I spoke to Jeff the assistant manager about an order that was made wrong and he cussed me and told me he "didn't give a damn'" if I contacted his boss and corporate. I have never been talked to that way by anyone at a place of business. I've had a bad experience before with Lori the head manager a few months ago and thought I'd try again. NOPE

I have a complaint

The chicken was old and hard I paid 40+ dollars that night they had two workers that were rude and they didnt even give me my full order. I gave the person who took my call all the important information such as receipt # and everything. I want to my money back its been over a month and know one has called me or anything.

i worked for KFC in Taylor Mill Kentucky,and never received my paycheck,pay stub or W 2!..Ieshia my manager told me I would not be paid.I still want my pay stub and W 2.If I don't receive them and a return email,I'm going to put KFC on the news.This is crazy how many hoops you have to jump through to get what you deserve,and I'm sure if I contacted the KFC district manager they would agree with me...thanks Erin Costigan

As I read multiple other complaints regarding this same store, I see nothing has been addressed or changes made. Therefore, I dont believe solutions to any customer concerns will ever take place. Its a pity this is the only available chicken franchise in Maricopa, Arizona. If Popeyes or any other come here your store will truly suffer loss of revenue. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! And caution others.

No one ever answers

No answer every time I call and the restaurant Im calling about is very poorly ran and I dont appreciate how I got treated I paid 30 dollars for some food and it was only a couple bites on the chicken and the employees cuss while customers are in the store I have video and the manager dont do anything about it

Money issues

Virginia Leonard. Ordered a chicken little sandwhich handed the kid a $20.00 dollar bill he handed me $16.00 dollars change and said I cant give you any change because I dont have any I asked how much was the change needed he said .22 cents so I said you are going to keep .88 of mine no I will give you the change and you can give me a dollar.

At this point he had to get the manager who was irratated because she had to get the key to open the register. My question what did the manager do with all the overage that night this happened on Friday night at 8:00 at the location of Frederick Ave and Central Ave in Colonie N Y I would like a response because I believe that they were scamming people for their change and how do you handle this
