Ordered Uber eats kfc, the sweet tea that was for my 12 year old was not sealed in a bag or a sealed cup. The driver handed it to me.
Anything could have been put into my sons drink!!! Unacceptable and negligent on KFCs part. What if the driver spiked my 12 year olds drink? How can a cup not be sealed.
I might take this up legally now because I have been on hold for 29 minutes after the customer service agent took all my info and then surprisingly I had to be transferred.
29 minutes later, still holding. Your entire company is a shot show down to your policies.
I truly have a legal case for stupidity!!!

I have found feathers in the chicken, and it's always oily and bad service and the store manager did not get back to me just read my msg and not reply we as a weekly customer at that store is very upset because we work very hard for our money and to pay for oily and chicken with feathers is not expected from KFC

All the chicken was burning so crispy that it was about to break my teeth
I went to Kentucky fried chicken in Jackson California to get some lunch about two weeks ago on a really hot day with my dog in the truck thinking it would be quick just to pick it up. Take it home and eat.
Once I got home and open the food up and start eating it, I realized that it was all ruined because it was overcooked and the chicken breading was so hard.
You can break your teeth on it. Theres no way I was gonna eat that I search for a few pieces that I could find to eat, but there was nothing Like the biscuits or the red threw all the food away and I was pissed off and told myself I was gonna go back there and demand a refund
User's recommendation: Don’t go to the KFC in Jackson. They don’t know how to cook for a chicken there.

Dear KFC I'm emailing you to complane about a store of yours in Lebanon Oregon I came threw your drive threw on 8/26/23 about 6:30 iam a RN at the hospital an went to pick up some dinner for me an my co workers at the hospital we work long hours an love your food but not on this day it was everything but good I ordered a 20 price family meal I ordered extra crispy got orinal the patoes were warm the gravy was cold to the touche Cole slaw was runny watery the biscuits were hard the whole meal was not good at all I just thought you should know this about your store here in Oregon I called the store to complane but got no awncer three times that night I called an got no awncer the whole meal was ruined so we all went back to work an ate out of our cafeteria very disappointed in your store the qauilty was horiable an comstomer services was the same I would like to have it all replaced if possible spent good money on poor quality please respond asap thank you Lori thomason R.N

Appalling Customer Service - Not answering their phone and no satisfactory way to pay online.
I misrepresented the Dunkeld Road Perth Phone Number - Area code is of course 01738 (not 01737) = the phone number is available online - if I reproduce it here some of it might get asterisked out and so I will present it as 2 3 digit triplets 580 and 498
What is totally unforgivable as that we tried phoning their Perth outlet 5 or 6 times but could not get a response.
Congratulations KFC - you must be one of the few businesses in the country who go out of their way to discourage potential customers.
This is a shame as the food is good. But totally undone by pathetic customer service.
You need to change and change quickly.

For some reason my state Mississippi did not show up for location of my purchase. I selected Springfied, Va just to get my email to go through. I guess the chicken must be noted for being bad since you won't even put our state on the selection.
I went to your KFC this afternoon 2730 South Frontage Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180 at 3:48pm May 8, 2023. Restaurant #E64500* * ** Ticket number 1922 and was very displeased with my food order.
The chicken was all dried out and old. No I did not check before I left the restaurant, I apparently put to much faith in the fact that I would pull up to KFC request a freshly cooked box of chicken to have for my meal. KFC use to be one of the best places to go and get chicken. Now it's nearly the worst.
I have had several orders that I was unhappy, but I keep giving you the benefit of the doubt. I don't mind spending my money, but i expect it to be good when I do. I purchased a pc meal and still had to come home and fix myself something to eat because it was to nasty to even eat. No I didn't drive back to the restaurant to go through the refund or more terrible chicken.
I wanted to get my food go home and enjoy it not go home and leave burn gas to back to get what should have been fresh and got from the start. I understand they fix batches of chicken but this looked and taste like something that had been there for days. I don't eat leftovers like that from my home, I certainly don't expect to eat left overs from a restaurant that I just paid my money for. I know you're not at fault for my food being horrible, but your franchise is.
I need KFC to start doing much better. I work hard for my money and I don't like to waste it and this was most definitely a waste!

Please do something about the manager in Appleton Wisconsin my boy friend called in because our car won’t start threating him for his job if he didn’t show remind you that we living half and hour by highway we would go to work if we lived in town but we don’t we don’t have family near by so it’s not like it’s something we can fix right away we have to find someone to come down and help and on top of that it’s snowing all day I can’t believe that you guys don’t have any respect or the decency to allow us to take care of things like that that can happen to everyone. Even my job told me to say home because they understand just hearing this is just really disgusting I will be letting everyone know how you guys treat your employees
