Went there to eat the buffet at 7:00 pm on 7/6/2018. No original chicken on the buffet (as usual).
I went to the counter to ask for some wings. When they brought them out they were BLACK. I asked the boy if they had any wings that weren't burnt and he said No, they all like that. While we were talking another guy walked up with a breast and said "Man, this chicken is burnt".
Again the boy behind the counter said "It's all like that". Apparently they had forgot to take this batch out of the fryer. I told the boy I wanted a refund. He stuttered around and finally got the shift supervisor, Tamarian James to the register.
She said "You want a refund?" I replied yes, the chicken is burnt. She started throwing stuff around, jerked the receipt out of my hand and very hatefully told me to insert my card. When I asked for a receipt she again very rudely said "I'll have to make you a copy". She went in the office and finally came out with a copy of the receipt and kinda threw it in my direction.
If ever a place needs a manager, it's this KFC. It's dirty, poorly run and desperately needs some help.

You are NOT supposed to feed cooked chicken bones to an animal. Ask your VETERARIAN why if you even have one for your animal. You could very well end up with a DEAD dog feeding him/her those bones.
I remember back when I was growing up, we used to get Kentucky Fried Chicken sometimes and one of the best parts of the meal was seeing how happy that all of our cats and kittens would be when we would give them our leftover bones. They loved eating them as much as we loved eating the chicken. I haven't been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken in many years because I don't live near one, but I sure do have alot of wonderful memories of both my family and our cats and kittens enjoying their food.
